Who is responsible

Qartmina, Les Berges du Lac, Tunis, Tunisia, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. You can reach us at fares@qartmina.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email address, company, website and message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if it leads to a project, to prepare it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email.

Security check: to protect our forms from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, date and requested page to run the website securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends our contact form emails and our newsletter.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) provides the Turnstile security check. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies and local storage

This website stores your colour theme and language preference in your browser. The security check and the newsletter form may set technically necessary cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Contact requests are deleted when they are no longer needed, at the latest two years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to fares@qartmina.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
